Pricing:

The following prices include four (4) sessions, two (2) night’s stay in the room of your choice, and six (6) meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch in the EPWORTH cafeteria:

Pitts/Booth Motel
1 Person:  $335 per person
2 People:  $240 per person
3 People:  $200 per person
4 People:  $190 per person 

Turner Lodge
1 Person:  $390 per person
2 People:  $275 per person
3 People:  $230 per person
4 People:  $205 per person 

Children/Teenagers in a Room with an Adult(s)
Children under 3: FREE
Children 3-12:  $60 per child
Teens in motel rooms:  $130 per teen

FAQ:

What does the registration fee cover?
The registration fee includes two nights at the retreat center and six meals and is due before or on arrival at Epworth.

What is the dress code for the retreat?
Dress for all participants is casual, but please dress modestly. No dress clothes are needed.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment. You may pay either online or in person via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express). Checks should be made out to First Love Ministries and cash is also accepted.

Who can reserve a motel/hotel room?
Per Epworth, there must be at least one adult in each motel/hotel room. An adult is considered 18 or above, although we encourage college-age students to stay in the cottage.

Can I make my own reservation with Epworth or stay elsewhere?
Absolutely! Those making their own reservations directly with Epworth will pay the front desk upon checkout.  They will not be eligible for the meal plan but can eat in the cafeteria if they pay at the front desk for any meal they eat there. We still need a registration form for these people for shirt size and contact information.

Are there sponsorships available?
Yes, there are a very limited number of sponsorships available. In order to be considered for a sponsorship, you must contact the Epworth Committee. The Epworth Committee will review each case and determine eligibility. We want anyone who would like to attend the Epworth Retreat to come and do not want anyone to not attend due to his/her financial situation, however, First Love Ministries cannot afford to sponsor everyone. If you are being sponsored, are under the age of 25, and are not married, you must stay in a cabin. Again, we have a very limited number of sponsorships for people who really need to be sponsored, not just people who just want a free ride.

What if I want to extend my stay?
Those staying extended stays (i.e. arrive before Friday or leave after Sunday) should let First Love make the extended reservations if they want to stay in the same room all the days they are at Epworth. Please contact the Epworth Committee.
